Although it was rebuilt after World War Two, this is the Zoo's oldest building. Built for llamas, it is now considered far too small to house animals beastiality stories, and has been converted into shops. Nineteenth-century architects often copied from earlier styles when designing their buildings, and the Clock Tower is loosely based on Tudor architecture.
